Our definition of coaching is very different than the average “coach” you will speak to. In our world, we look at coaching similar to sports coaching. We are a third party on the sidelines watching you play the game of business and observing what you are doing right as well as what you are doing wrong. We question and guide you, but we don’t leave you wondering; we provide answers! We have a system for teaching and instructing you to be better and when you hit a brick wall, we are there to help you over it. We are also there to help you create plans, evaluate your team, motivate and encourage you, as well as help you think strategically about what you are doing. We willingly offer up input and course corrections.
This service kicks off with the Deep Dive Assessment so that we have a foundation to work with. After the assessment is complete, we move directly into coaching. Coaching can last between 6 and 12 months depending on your situation. After 6 to 12 months, we transition you to a maintenance program where you are still meeting with your coach regularly, but the meetings are shorter and geared toward smaller “tweaks”. Last but not least, we conduct an annual planning retreat one-on-one with you and your leaders at an offsite location.
The other element our coaching team brings to the table is personal development. Many companies are excellent at helping you with your business, but never focus on the most important part of it; YOU! We take a different approach where we not only help you with the business, but help you become better at business, become a better person, love life more, enjoy your free time, reach for your personal dreams, and most importantly – gain better relationships with those you love.

Accelerate Your Strategic Objectives with Business Consulting
Our consulting engagements are similar to our coaching engagements except that we do most of the work for you. We function as part of your team as well as a coach and mentor to strategic members of your team.
It’s our job in this role to accelerate your timelines by doing as much heavy lifting as possible. For example, we may run your sales meetings, interview candidates, build your marketing plan, write scripts for you, act as your virtual CEO/CMO/COO, sit in on development meetings, help negotiate with partners and vendors, as well as a variety of other tasks.
Every project is scoped out in detail and there are clear deliverables by your consultant.
We typically start these engagements with a Deep Dive Assessment that covers 16 areas of your business. This assessment will provide us a detailed road map for turning around your situation and/or accelerating your growth.
The Deep Dive Assessment helps us prioritize what to work on first that will have the most impact. This part of our engagement usually lasts 6 to 9 months depending on the complexity of your situation. At this point, we can often transition into a scaled down role that is more coaching based to ensure you stay on track or we can actually scale UP our efforts to push growth even faster.
